« on: August 21, 2009, 02:31:08 PM »

Screwed up the shading on this one but whatev
For those who are curious, yes I am gone and I don't intend to be back soon. I never formally said goodbye to you all, because that always becomes a forum stink. However, to my friends here, I wish you the best. Perhaps I'll be back one day but for now this is goodbye.

well did sort of draw it directly from the cover of Issue 24. freehand but still a copy. Nothing to shout about.

Hmm. I've been planning to make a T-shirt for a while now. But I never get to photoshoping. I got the materials too but I'm not wasting them until I get a good image.

You should sell CVGU T-shirts to raise money spooks.  :)

Meh one to two hours or work plus cost of materials would basicaly make that worthless, especially since I have virtually no time starting tomorrow. Plus most of my friends don't play mugen so I wouldn't have a very big market.

It's a nice idea but once you take a look from an economic perspective its not that viable.

I meant spooks should since he needs it for the website.
If you buy the materials right it will be cheap and then you just add supply and demand.

Like for every shirt you sell you'll be able to make .5 a shirt or if you want to double your profits cause your greedy you can double the costs.

Lol I actually thought about selling them on Cafepress lol...with them you don't have to do anything besides submit the design...the way you make money is like this...say the shirt design costs cafepress $9 then you can add on however much you want to make a profit

Yeah thats the supply and demand.

I was think of that if I can't find a proper job. Or start getting better at photoshop and start selling artwork on Deviantart.

You wanna by some 30x 40 at $80.00 a piece. I know you do.  :)

Nah I have enough artwork lying around my dorm as it is.

You should do it anyways though (the devient thing). Can't hurt and you can use it as part of a resume if you want to find a career in art.

Lemme think, I don't know where you live but Wizards of the Coast is always hiring new artists and I think also Halmark does to. I think you have to live in Kansas to work for  Halmark (actually I know cus my Aunt works for them) and I think wizards is situated in Southern California but I'd have to double check that.
