Question sprite 5000

When a character is hit by enemies, the sprite must be 5000-0, 5000-1 etc...
There no action ( animation hit by)?
We can't change this number 5000 by other???

I'm not sure what your asking but if you mean that the "hit by" sprite must be 5000 and so on and theres no action? Well there is an anime but maybe it looks like theres no action but you can make it a couple of frames to make it look like an action but when the character is struck by multiple hit moves, combos or supers it will look the same cause with a 5 hit combo all you will see is the first frame of a hit animation anyways until the last hit and it might look funny with multiple frames or to fast to notice. So you can change the animation but leave the number of the sprites 5000 and so on for .cns file purposes cause these are required, you can use the same sprite throughout you just have to make sure to number it different if you want to use it as a "hit by" sprite or vise versa.

Venom.sff has one hit by and capcom created >6 action hit by.
Can we join the  other hit by sprite???

I'm having trouble understanding what you are trying to do. What are you trying to accomplish?
