For those who are curious, yes I am gone and I don't intend to be back soon. I never formally said goodbye to you all, because that always becomes a forum stink. However, to my friends here, I wish you the best. Perhaps I'll be back one day but for now this is goodbye.

She has so many cheap combos it isnt funny

But I got lucky and pulled this one out for my most recent card binge. haha

My favorite card to have 4 of. My green decks are beasts. haha

Post favorite combos here

One of my favs

Or x2
or or whatever else has a come into play effect of a X cost that floats you boat cause you have infinite come into play effects and as much mana as your heart desires.

After pulling this combo off I've only ever had it broken once when I was playing against a counterspell deck. Get it out fast using dredge and discard costs to put worldgorger dragon in your graveyard.

There is only one type 2 combo that you need. Reason why I dont play magic or yugioh much anymore.
Cant remember the cards cause they are in my friends deck but if you dont counter either one the player becomes invincible.

three actually.
Platinum Angel, Leonin Abunas, Lightning Greaves

But its pretty easy to stop before it happens cause everyone sees it coming and its easy to kill one before the other comes out. I hated mirrodin too for stuff like that and I started playing less after that set. But mirrodin is out of extended after this year I think. And that makes me   :YAY:.

What I hated way more though was the f'n Disciple/Ravenger/Retreiver combo

Add skullclamp for card advantage and you have a deck so broke none of your friends will ever speak to you again. Unless they play slivers...

I don't think all of those cards are still in the "standard" game...they might be but they always tone them down to try and balance by the time the next set comes out...

Besides this is always why used to play  :black: :blue: (building a new one right now) I really only use blue for the artifacts and to counter those cheap a$$ plays LOL

Yeah it was a miridion deck now that you say that. but he modified it pretty well so that even if you do stop it he just says "okay" and puts it in his graveyard. And being as strategic as he or I am hearing that means he has something else in store. you basically just wasted you cards. lol

Here, everyones friend.

Correct all or at least most of those cards or long gone from standard but still in extended for the rest of the year. I think they should have just banned half the mirrodin block on the spot myself. Hate that block so much.

Personally I only play cube and draft now because of all the cheap combos in that block. Mostly I play cube cause I love my old school cards to much to stop playing with them.

 LOL

I would actually post something better if I could remember most of the combos I use to have.

I remember most

Copperleaf angel (i think the earliest combo for her was named jerrel or something and I had a card to maker her immune to colors.)
taunting elf
keldon firebombers
rising waters

mad cause I cant find the decks i do have.

A good way to use spell book?

and any massive draw cards. You can probably use Jace from planeswalkers.
Planar chaos, planeswalkers. an odd combo.

you'll notice that most of my combos are about beefing my creatures. I dealt over 200 damage to some before. to bad he had an angel deck with 201 life and it was time for class.

picture not available.  LOL  :D'OH:

False curse would suck for one of my combos though. When ever a creature deals damage gain that much life. blanchwood armor on that creature.
