Theres a lot to tweek, but Bane probably the most fun character Ive ever worked on. Jmaxx has this mastermind style of taking SNK stuff, and making it MvC. At first it's frustrating but once you feal the genius of it all, it gets mad cool. :Batsignal:

Alexziq is a genius at coding and he works fast.

Alez thanks for the hard work and I'll have more for you soon.

Great work both of you. Great sprite work jmaxx and Alex has shown great improvements in coding characters the last few months, so I am convinced that this will be a great character. Even thou I am a marvel fan, I can't wait to play this character and kick batman's ass  :DD.

Very beautiful works, your bane is great

PS: I've seen this interresting x-ray bone-breaking effect to Hanzo Fatality (samurai shodown 5 special)
that will be interresting for the special hit

nice video, get hits done?
sugestions:
- throw rock? careful, it can make him a spamer, same mistake i made with wonderman, try make it slowly, like msh hulk rock throw.
- the grab run he look so fast.
- the grab and hit enemy in ground, try aply a bigger spriority to p2, because bane hand are honlding nothing.
- about batman i didnt like the green aura, but maybe is just me.
good luck.

Yup all the basics are done. The rock throw is actually part of the choke slam. It's an optionall attack you can do after the slam similar to SNK characters. It still needs tweeking. Agree on the rest, we tried to chang the superiority due to the hand that slams. However I dont tkink it worked, and I think the run slam needs a new holding sprite, or a differant wall slam using the other hand.

The green auro on Batman only works in Supernan mode. If you look close he actually holds a piece of kryptonite.

Make the parts to needs to be in front of the character a separate sprite and put the priority high in said sprite.

And most of the basics have misaligned sprites, the effect of the lifting ground in the stomp move doesn't blend with the highly blurred hitspark effects and the throws needs better positioning and impact. The backbreaker hyper can use some special animations, it's a closed project and will need only one or two sprites.
