No parry? It would be interesting to hear your thoughts about it Ilu, it would be nice to see a different point of view.
About the sprites, for now, I will work with the MvC/SFA/DS sprites. I would get some troubles with chars like Alex, Yun or Leo, but I will try to figure if one pallete could be helpful, or in a extreme case, a complete "redesign" of the sprites.
Yeah, I think that Parry is the second most cheapest thing on games (the first is Just Defend).Something crossed my mind: remember the old World Heroes, where you can reflect projectiles by defending it at the last moment? But this could be a pain to code.That is a common errors on those MVC projects: The styles doesn't match. If you will use MVC/SFA/DS, its okay, they are very close to each other. But if you will use Red Earth or SFIII, you need to:- adatpt the pallete (MVC has less colors)- reduce the frames per moviment.We done something like that to our Necro for Spec Ops project, let me find a sprite and I will post it here.

For example: Ryu/ Ken (striker), Guile/Nash (striker) and so on.- we can have a new combo system (the air combo), like the first luancher just send the p2 a it high on the air (like Arcana Heart) then you do a combo and launchs p2 high and the air and to another combo- Chain moves and Chain Finishers: kinda lika DREAM CANCEL from KOF, but my idea is to use something I made on my Red Cyclone.- we need to define the SPARKS and the effects RIGHT NOW.- All the fx SHOULD BE HI-RES. 2. I had a similar idea some time ago, but with the strikers being different from the normal characters, as cameos. Don't worry for the shotos, even when you COULD look for a little more in the roster preview, for now, there will be only Ryu, Ken and maybe Akuma, so, don't expect for a Dan/Sean/Sakura, at least, for the principal roster.
