I have slowly started spriting Blaze Fielding for Mugen, I only have the first 2 sprites done.



It's only the first 2 sprites for her stance, it'll be a slow procedure cos I don't have as much time as I would like.

Looks nice but try to deviat it a little so i does look like mai and yuri. starting with those as a base looks good though and the sprites will be high res in the end. Her skirt was a tad bit shorter I think and once you do the shading it would probably look stiff like leather.

But Ive said to much. I would like to have a good blaze to represent the sega character line up. good luck.

I have a Blaze Fielding beta anyway, she is the one who motivated me to give this a go.



Here is a quick flying kick sprite I created.

This is gonna be an incredibly slow project but here are my ideas thus far.

She will be CvS/SFA3 style, I want to do her throws and alpha counter modes similair to SFA2 though.

Movelist

Rising upper
Spinning kick
Dashing suplex
Backflip kick

Supers
I will give her 2 supers maybe.

I want to do a Johnny Cage based on Cyclops sprites also because I love the work that Binho did on his Scorpion and want to see more. He will have fatalities but I would imagine that it would only work with characters that have the required sprites so any future characters I build will have these sprites.

Movelist

Shadow kick
Shadow upper
High shot
Low shot

I will implement the Package check as one of his standard moves, maybe a crouching heavy kick.

Fatalities

Torso rip
Head uppercut

Supers
He will have 2 supers based on his UMK3 combos.

He will play SFA style though with super moves and 6 button setup as well as his MK fatalities.
