The last Great Comic Series that had me sucked in reading were
« on: December 25, 2009, 10:45:47 PM »
Yeh i bought a lot more comics since then. but these particular ones stood out to me the most
and had me readin and lovin the artwork

(i developed a whole New respect for Shazzam After reading that comic series)

(Freakin intense classic)

(Im a horror and Zombie fan so readin this was just hella enjoyable and funny)

(Hella bloody and dark. Love it!)

(They need to do a Videogame based on this comic series!)

(A game with the Unreal Engine is supposed to coming based on this Series)

(the best Fighting video Game genre comic for any gamer and Fighting game fan. Great
Material for Mugen Ideas. Art work is sick from begining to end Peeps)

(Crazy comic. LOved the Artwork)

&

(Just freakin bugged out man. Hulk Vs wolverine in its most twisted form. The hills Have eyes meets
Marvel)

I collect comics for various different reasons. The art. The story and even how valuable it could be.
I had a comic worth 400 bucks. But it was slightly torn. Didnt know better as a kid. now i know.
It was a Very early comic of Transfomers with shock wave on the front.

I have a lotta comics but my frequent buying goes up n down. it depends.

I'm not even a hulk fan, but my 2 favorites were Oldman logan and WWH!! And I've read almost everything else on here, they were all awesome too!
I have the perfect body. (But it's in the trunk and starting to stink.)

I would love a Marvel Zombies video game...
Or a FPS game based on Captain America, maybe with strong points to the WW2- Shooting, Shield bashing, etc...Would be neat, no?
The truth is out there, we're just too lazy to think about it.

OLD MAN LOGAN WAS good, but it was way too much "millaresque" to be taken seriously.  :DD
WORLD WAR HULK WAS a disappointment, xforce was too "clonesque" for me. ULTIMATE WOLVERINE VERSUS HULK WASn t my taste like i said before ( poor jeph loeb, the ultimate universe is in pain when he writes it  :P ) .
It s true i didn t read ghost rIder or snk vs street fighter.

I read Old Man Logan. I am not sure why. It wasn't so much of a story so much as it was another slugfest, of action, and gore without much depth. It was like sticking an aging Eastwood in with the Hillbillies from Judge Dredd. Kinda shows the influence Marvel Zombies has had on Marvels direction.

Calling it Miller esque is a little insulting to Miller. Don't get me wrong though I do see the appeal to a lot of folks.

I just liked it cuz it was crazy and different. Of course we all know it was gonna be a slug fest lol But the whole bit of Hulk saying His cousin was the only one female that could keep up with mating was halarious lol. The thing about why wolverine stopped spazin for all those years because of Mysterio messin with his mind in that fatal inccident was a cool "what if" twist. Villians take over and the heroes are d*mn there exstinct was pretty cool and i didnt expect it to turn out the way it did.
