Labor Day Robin Update

Got an update for Robin for the holidays. Sorry I know I jusr re-released this not long ago, and it's not the most exciting release. It was kinda menat to come out with my B-day releases, but fell behind.

Anyway I just wanted to apply some of the feedback we got. So I suped up the Batmobile intro with transparency, and moving wheels

New Stance edit from THX that everyone seemed to really like.

Most people hated that the old hayato fighting hyper from One Winged Angel Hayato was kept so Kyoman helped me by making a Billy Kane style hyper. I touched it up a tad, but it's still need work, but luckilly THX has a better version in the works as can be seen on his site.

I REALLY tried to add in Zvitors glider, but I didnt have the skills to shade it correctly, or make it resemble Capcom.  :D'OH:

I did add the jet fire from it, and Kyoman touched up robin to look a little less flat.

I also redid the batarangs since that was another big issue everyone dislike on Robs.

AA250 fixed a ton of bugs too, and improved gameplay.

So sorry it's not exciting, but we do hear your advice, and wanted to implement "some" of the suggestions you all gave us.

(Sprite improvements comming next in line)

I got some feedback that his y, x position is too low, and I agree.

I will fix tonight for anyone interested. I really dont want to hold off for a future update. I want Robins next phase to be easy as possible on the spriters.

I liked the new hyper, it's great for a chain combo.

One thing I found exagerated was the batrang, there should be only one, only changing the speed. I can win a round only throwing Batrangs like this, even if the oponent have a dodge move, he will be hit by any of it.

I only did it that way because Beyond, and both Batman from SB, and SD seem to do them that way, and I didnt see any complaints.

In the future though I will certainly consider changing them as recommended.

I do like that idea.

Thanks for the update!!! Nice hyper too!!! The only thing that i didnt like much was the hyper port picture!!! I prefered a better picture or a pic from a comic!

Yeah, I saw.

That's one thing I have noticed since the first time I saw these two characters, one cannot go near them, because they are constantly throwing projectiles of every kind, sometimes three at the same time, and even defending you have a huge amount of damage, not to mention the ones that hit you even when you are defending, like Batman's freezing batrangs on the early versions (I don't know if they removed on the latest one).

It's a kind of unfair gameplay, because you can only watch your character being hit or keep the whole fight defending.

And these are two good chars with great ideas, that would be great if they doesn't rely too much on projectiles, that's something we should  be careful when we develop our characters.

You can always request one, or look on Nulstrings port packs.

I've decided to make the ports mostly digital looking from DC online, or Arkham City

Once better shots of Arkham city come out I will use the classic robin one like DKR, and Beyond have.

I want to keep certain aspects Capcom looking, but I want to try to move forward, and give the game a more modern look.

Ports are always subject to change. Who knows how I will feel in a year  LOL

Yeah thats an excellent point.

I should have thought about sensibility, instead of compatibility

Okay Robin updated again!

X,Y position adjusted as requested

Batarangs simplified so theres not a barrage of batarangs as THX suggested

some more bug fixes.

Best yet

New Titan audio rips by Nullstring, and coded in by aa250, and tweaked by myself.
